Personally, for a budget phone, we think that the T-Mobile REVVL V has a modern-looking smartphone. This phone has a rectangular design with a little curved on the edges. The phone dimension is 167 x 76 x 8.6mm with weights of 183g. So, it doesn’t feel too bulky when holding it and fits perfectly with most people’s hands.

On the front of the gadget, it feels premium by looking at it. There is a display screen surrounded by almost no bezels. The camera is placed on a punch-hole design. Meanwhile, you will notice a dual-camera and LED flash placed on the left vertically on the back. There is also a T-Mobile logo on the back. Fingerprint readers it is placed on the side.

The HD+ display comes on the screen with a 269 PPI display density and an aspect ratio of 20:9. These three combinations contribute a lot for users to have a sharper, more vibrant, and more colorful display screen. The texts and icons won’t be pixelated. It will also give you a better experience when you want to enjoy watching some favorite videos.

Camera

T Mobile REVVL V Camera

The T-Mobile REVVL V carries on a dual camera on its back. It consists of a 13MP rear camera and a 2MP depth camera. The main rear camera is actually decent for a budget phone. Users can capture some pictures beautifully with this. When you’re in a dark situation, you can rely on LED flash to get better lighting to take the pictures.

Move to the front. This smartphone consists of a 5MP front-facing camera to fulfill your selfie needs. The resolution is not bad, though. Video-wise, you can record a video with the main camera. It supports a 1080p HD video.

Storage

Equipped with 32GB of internal storage. This capacity is considered average. But unfortunately, users can only enjoy half of the capacity. The T-Mobile REVVL V has system junks and pre-installed apps on the phone.

There is always another option to add more space. You can expand the storage by inserting a microSD card into the external storage slot. However, you need to buy the MicroSD card separately to do this. If you don’t want to add extra storage, you can regularly clean the cache files. It can help you to save more space for a while.

Performance

The T-Mobile performance relies on a 2GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 MT6762V processor. This CPU will make sure the smartphone performs as smoothly as possible. It is designed for an entry-level smartphone, so it doesn’t have outstanding features. After all, it fits for basic everyday activities.

This processor comes with 3GB RAM. The 3GB RAM is not too impressive for us, but for a budget phone, it is quite okay. Users can still have optimal phone performance. The smartphone can still work fast and smoothly. However, you may find it hard to multitask.

Opening two or three apps at the same time will show any lags. It may be inconvenient for some people. With this 3GB RAM, your gaming activity can be limited too. It’s not suitable for games with great graphics. However, you can still play small games, watch videos, browse the internet, and open social media.

The T-Mobile REVVL V uses Android 11 as its operating system to deliver speedier performance and nicer UI. It has some remarkable improvements over its predecessors. These are notification management, privacy controls, the latest dark mode control setting, etc.

Notification management on Android 11 can help you categorize the notification by the three sections; Conversation, Alerting, and Silent. You can make your phone more secure with one-time permissions. It allows users to give permissions only for specific sessions. And, in the latest dark mode setting, you are allowed to schedule the dark mode activated time.

On the T-Mobile REVVL V, there are some features available. Included fingerprint reader and face recognition. These security features will help you unlock the device without typing the password. It also will be very useful for people who are always on the go since these sensors are much faster. Additionally, this phone supports a Hearing Aid Compatible with M4/T3 rate.

Connectivity

The T-Mobile REVVL V still uses 4G LTE connectivity to let its users connect with the world. Regardless, most modern smartphones already use 5G nowadays. But, we’re not expecting too much from this budget phone. In the end, users can still enjoy 4G LTE in most places worldwide.

Alternatively, you can access the internet without a data connection by using a Wi-Fi connection. This phone supports Wi-Fi version 5. It gives more speed and improves performance. You can also turn your phone into a mobile hotspot.

In addition, this smartphone comes with Bluetooth connections. This feature will be useful for connecting with external devices such as Bluetooth speakers or earphones. You can also transfer files wirelessly. But, if you want to transfer files with a wire, this phone provides a USB Type-C.

Battery

Even though the T-Mobile REVVL V is a budget-friendly phone, the battery capacity is above average. This phone is powered by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery to support its work capability. You can have a talk time of up to 22 hours max at this capacity. You can even expect your phone to last for a day if you don’t use it for heavy activities.

A non-removable battery type is more durable. It has low-risk chances of getting damaged by external factors. This battery type will be more durable. This smartphone also supports a fast-charging feature. You don’t need to take some time to charge the battery. It’s very useful for users who spend most of their time outdoors.
